Shri Naik ji is the Member of Central Governing Council of VHP (International) since 2018.  He was a former Joint General Secretary and Vice-President of VHP. He was born in 1942 in Paithan, Maharashtra.

He Stood 1st in Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) degree from Gujarat University, 1962.  Did Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from Stanford University, California (USA) and worked as Research Engineer with NARMCO R&D, San Diego, California during 1963-65.

He remained bachelor and dedicated himself to the service of Maa Bhaarati (Mother Bharat) in 1966 as a Pracharak of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.  Worked in West Bengal (HQs Kolkata) for 23 years and was State Organizing Secretary of Vishva Hindu Parishad –West Bengal from 1976 to 1990.  Later on he was Organizing Secretary for VHP – Western Zone (consisting of Maharashtra and Gujarat) for 5 years. For quite some time since 1995 he ministered the VHP International Coordination work.  He is closely associated with Sri Ramakrishna Mission and Vipassana Sadhana. He is presently working for Samannway Manch (Solidarity Forum) for preservation and promotion of Bharatiya culture.
